Leadership Lenses: Using Reflection to Improve Leadership
You are a leader- either of a team, a class, or your own life! Research indicates that effective reflection is key to effective leadership.. In this session participants will be presented with research regarding full-presence and effective reflection. The workshop will include engaging the Leadership Lenses protocol and will conclude with an individually personalized to-do list summarizing areas for growth. By the end of this workshop participants will: 1. Understand the research behind effective reflection, 2. Understand their personal leadership strengths and areas for improvement, 3. Participate in the Leadership Lenses self-inventory and reflection protocol, 4. Gain access to further resources.
