Instagram is a great platform for professional development and educational networking. Instagram allows teachers to connect and learn from one another from all over the world. Many teachers share instructional lessons, classroom management strategies, and self-care tips. Through this presentation I will showcase some of the top Instagram teachers and share their lessons, strategies, and self-care tips with attendees. I will feature Alt Ed. teachers whom I follow on Instagram as well as many other primary and secondary teachers who are amazing role models in the teaching profession. The lessons, classroom management strategies, and self care tips have all been adapted and practiced in my alternative high school classroom.
